Low Self-Esteem

Confidence and self-esteem can really be improved through a gentle therapeutic process.

 

I have listened to my clients and how they feel worthless and feel they do not contribute to their life or others. They apologise for wanting to be or saying how they are feeling. I believe that everyone has a voice, and they should be heard. Through a person-centred approach, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches, it helps my clients to understand their automatic negative thoughts, physical reactions to situations, and how they behave in them.
